ILLINOIS REPUBLICAN PARTY ELITES CONDUCT STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEETING BEHIND CLOSED DOORS
Citizens were shut out of the meeting for the Executive Session...during which time all pertinent business and votes were conducted. Pat Brady was retained as chairman of the IL GOP despite the numerous calls for him to step down or be replaced. After being shut out of the meeting for a long period of time, folks began chanting "we are the people". In response, the police were called to escort them out of the convention center hallway.
How many of YOUR county GOP attended the meeting? Did your chairman go? If not, be sure to ask them WHY they did not attend such an important meeting! Whiteside County Central Committee meeting is tonight at Happy Joe's in Morrison, 6pm. Stop in and ask questions!
