They're Beating the Drums of War... Let them know how you feel about it!   Everyone on the left criticized Bush for being a warmonger for taking us into Iraq.  At least with the Iraq war, we knew that Sadaam was aiding Al Qaeda...what is our interest in Syria???  How does it benefit the US to engage in another country's civil war?  Neither side is deserving of our support!  Obama wants to help the Syrian rebels.  The rebels are as brutal as Assad.  There are many stories of atrocities committed by these rebels..including video of them beheading people, making CHILDREN behead prisoners, and cutting out and eating a man's heart!!!  (Warning--VERY disturbing!) First, Obama drew a "Red Line" about the use of chemical weapons.  Then he said he never drew any lines.  Obama said he didn't need Congressional approval to take military action in Syria.  Then he asked for Congressional approval -- But he has said he may take action anyway.  Don't worry though--it will be a strategic airstrike only--no 'boots on the ground'. So, let me get this straight.  In order to punish Assad for using chemical weapons on his own people, we are going to bomb innocent people???  Who is the warmonger now??? Congressman Charlie Rangel wants to re-institute the Draft before we take any action in Syria!
