Our Constitutional Republic Teeters on the Brink...

I know that comes as no surprise to most of you, but we are seeing our liberties erode at an ever-quickening pace. New scandals emerge almost every day...it is overwhelming! The EPA, NSA, IRS, ATF, FBI, DOJ, and the State Dept. are all embroiled in controversy and allegations of wrong-doing! The very institutions that are tasked with enforcing our laws are violating our rights and undermining our Constitutional foundations.

We have been sounding the alarm for over 4 years now...4 very long years. We keep hoping and praying for someone in Washington to have the courage and fortitude to stand against the growing corruption. That may be happening right at this very moment...

Members of the House of Representatives have taken a strong stand against the pending Immigration Reform Bill. They have delivered a letter to Speaker John Boehner, demanding that no immigration bill be brought to the floor for a vote until the President has secured the border. A backroom deal has already been cut between the Gang of 8, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, John Boehner, Lindsey Graham and John McCain to pass the bill against any and all opposition. Boehner has already threatened House Republicans--pass this or face serious consequences. He has vowed to remove any GOP rep from committee chairmanships and other retaliation including ensuring their defeat in next year's elections if they do not fall in line with his 'compromise'. 70 brave Republican Representatives have said NO to his bullying. They signed the letter against the Immigration Bill, knowing that they may very well be ending their careers in politics!

We have been waiting for something like this for so long!
It is our duty now to stand up and support these folks
who have stepped up to do the right thing.

Many people may think that this is a silly issue to take such a strong stand on...but it is THE issue that will determine our fate as a nation. Will we choose to be a nation of LAW, a nation of equal justice under the law? Or will we choose to be a nation that enforces the law for some, but rewards others for illegal activities? The Gang of 8 bill offers defacto amnesty to all those who are here illegally...infinite amnesty to those who sneak across our borders in the future. It allows illegal aliens access to benefits such as welfare, free tuition and healthcare at taxpayer expense. It will drive down wages of those low-skilled immigrants who came here the right way and are struggling to earn a living.

Our government wants us to believe that they are collecting our phone records, emails, and credit card histories in order to keep us safe...but they aren't even bothering to try to stop criminals from crossing our borders. If it were really about national security, our borders would be secure!

This bill will crush our already faltering economy. It rewards those who have broken our laws at the expense of those who have sacrificed to do it the right way! This is a moral issue, a financial issue, an issue of justice.

These 70 Representatives know that our nation's future hangs
in the balance...they have risked their reputations and livelihoods
to protect our way of life and our nation of law and opportunity.

PLEASE GET INVOLVED! Call and write your Representative...urge him/her to stand with these brave men and women to protect our rule of law! Call Speaker Boehner and tell him his behavior is reprehensible and disgusting! Tell Congress that you do not want ANY Immigration Bill Voted on UNTIL THE PRESIDENT HAS DONE HIS JOB AND THE BORDER IS SECURED!
