Update on free Sarah Palin bus trip sept. 3

Here is a little more information on the Sarah Palin bus trip event.  My previous search had listed the event as being held in Waukee, IA, which is just west of Des Moines, but this shows Indianola, which is just south of Des Moines.  It will be about a 3 1/2-4 hour bus trip depending on traffic.  Our pick-up location will most likely be Rock Falls Walmart Parking lot.

Restoring America Event

  Tea Party of America is proud to announce the Restoring America Event on Saturday, September 3rd from 11am to 2pm. Former Governor of Alaska and 2008 Republican Vice-Presidential Nominee Sarah Palin will be on hand to give the keynote address. This event will be held at the following location:
 
National Balloon Classic Field
15335 Jewell Street
Indianola, IA 50125
Parking: $5 for cars, $40 for buses
This is a family event! Barbecue, food and drinks will be available at a reasonable cost, and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. Central Iowa's own variety band Split Second will also be providing live music entertainment spanning the '50s all the way to the '80s.

Reservations are on a first come first serve basis as space is available. The DeKalb/Rockford buses will depart at approx. 5:30 a.m. (your confirmation notice will have the exact boarding time) from (TBD)/Cherry Vale Mall. (Other departure points may have earlier boarding times.) You must act now as buses have to be confirmed by 9AM on 8/26/11

STEP #1: Send an email to say you are going to the Palin event. PLEASE respond VIA email (i.e. "Palin I'm going" and PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PHONE/CELL NUMBER). E-mails with out cell/contact number may be discarded. Send e-mails to Events@ DeKalbCountyILTeaParty.Org (preferred) and remember to put "Palin Bus Trip" or "Palin, I'm going" in the subject line.

STEP #2: Check your email and spam folder for your confirmation notice

Yes, Seats are 'free'. Your word is your bond. There will be no reservation deposit for this trip. I will send you a Confirmation Notice within a few minutes or hours, depending on when you complete STEP #1.
